The Chinese economy is expected to grow at 7+% this year, and they've been invited to the upcoming G8 summit. With projects like the Three Gorges Dam project, the Chinese are planning on increasing their electrical output four fold over the nexy 20 years.

It seems that the giant Napoleon described is indeed awakening.
