There are probably plenty of things "out there" we haven't found yet. "Planet X" is the strictest Sitchin sense of the word, isn't going to be one of them.
The idea that there is this rogue planet that periodically orbits into the inner solar system to cause death and destruction here on earth is patently ridiculous. There is no evidence for it and what we do know of the cosmos contradicts the possibility.
