But ignored for years.
But PLEASE, no more X-33 NASA fiascos.
Please let private industry compete with low launch costs (e.g. low #s of people) a requirement. Problem is...reducing the NASA ground support staff means loss of jobs. Congresscritters just HATE that.

Folks realize yet that we do not have a manned space program but we DO have a JOBS program? Hello!
