Since technically the subject was Obama supporters and workers, I tweaked it to "Obama and the war against women." If you're still confused, I can change the post title to "Obama supporters and workers and the war against women."

You're correct that a photo of a person high in a Republican administration would not have been dismissed as a "minor, tasteless prank." We're used to the double standards now, and it becomes more transparent every year.
