Yo, Justin!
Very nice!
thanks! how many noticed that it was similar to the new front page I did? the globe for the front page is actually a temp, I was going to put an annimaiton there, its just one night I set out to makea bakcground for this page, disliked the quality at extreme magnification and then thouhg ' that would make a good temp graphic for the new frontpage" and there ya go. nowI finally tried again and got it right.
I'm reminded a little of the very brief view in Start Trek: First Contact of 21st Century Earth as a Borg planet...
I am trying to think back. . .
Did you choose Western Europe for a particular reason?
he he, well good question E'. . .
A. I didn't want to pick a spot on american because, well, so many of us are americans and I don't want to alienate foreighners even more.
B. China is not as recognizable, australia / anything not in the northern hemisphere might look wierd in this scheme, that leaves europe.
C. Western Europe is a major news maker. . .
D. yeagh I guess it is partialy for Raoul. . . theres no other people I notice form belgium germany or france hanging around here, so hopefully this will make the place more habitable fo him. And that goes for anyone else who stops in from europe like the occasional Brit ;-)
