Re: Light pollution!
Well, it shows how much light pollution there is over Europe. You see London, Paris and the whole of Flanders (Brussels being included in the lowest part). That's why I've got to travel 1 hour every time a dark sky is needed.
Last thursday, the French TV had an astronomy program. This year it was about light pollution. The funny thing was that it took place outside, under very bright spotlights. One genuine astronomer did point this out.
