Current Events » in reply to Re: And how many nations and how many lives . . .

Re: Jocelyn

I saw this post at MSNB's current events board and I had to save it. The person was anonymous and I have to admit that I've felt the same way, especially today.

From: A Strong American

it is very obvious here that people are outraged at the
ignorance of some of these terrorists. These people are
looking to blame some one for their own misfortunes. The
US has always tried to help those willing to help
themselves. I may have not supported all of our
governments immigration policies, but they have them so
that every one will have a chance to better themselves.
The people who did this are, i mean were so distraut
among themselves and what ever nation they were a part
of, that they thought they should end thousands of
peoples lives simply because they were more stable. Iso,
this is truely a jealousy issue. It's obvious that you
are responsible, if not directly, then indirectly for
this tragedy, and no one on this brautiful Earth has the
right to say who God punishes and why. God is a loving
God, and a forgiving God, but one thing that I do know,
is that he doesn't like people taking his job into their
own hands. The people who did this will face God, and
realize who he really is. Then, they will look back on
this life, and the horrible things that they have done,
and realize how wrong they were. Although this nation is
one nation under God, we do support countries for their
religious beliefs, but for the way they treat their
people and their neighboring countries. We watch out for
peoples well being, we try to protect every one, no
matter the race, sex, or religion. It's a sad sad thing
to know that there are such sick men in this world that
they would run planes into building that held innocent
people just because they are jealous of this nation.
Because they live in a country where people can't have
their own opinion, practice their own religion, live
their own lives. You say that our nation deserves this
attack because we are arrogant and so forth. What about
you? what about your stubborn beliefs in a system that
kills every day because some one doesn't pray the same
way to God? You fight and scream for your religion,
killing people who breathe just like you, who look into
the world just like you, who love just like you, (well,
people like you who can kill like this can't know what
love is). I love my life, I love most of the people that
I know, and those that I don't, no matter how much I may
dislike them, I would never wish death upon them. Today
I pray for the families of those dead and injured, but I
also pray for those that are just like you Iso, the
disturbed, confused, sick people who think killing is the
way to get to the Lord. I pray that God will reach down
and touch you all, let you feel his grace and love, and
snatch it away from you, like you have snatched all these
peoples lives, and cast you into Hell, where you can live
for eternity with the people who feel just like you. And
why do I pray that God does this? Because you tried to
hard to push your ignorant points.
