I now think President Bush will receive "Carte Blanche" from Congress as far
as his missile defence plan goes, his soon-to-be-increased defence budget,
and possible declaration of war against [Iraq? Iran? Afghanistan? Libya?]...
If I were you're president, I would do this: Prepare the B-2"s, B-1's, B-52's,
the subs and carriers in the INDIAN OCEAN, and the "82 Airborne Division"
and accompanying units from the SEALS, Green Berets, and the US Marines,
and give them orders to "take out anything that moves in that part of
Afghanistan", while they visit.
