The US government has already insisted that Afghanistan turn him over, and they have said no. Intelligence reports allegedly received from three other nations that are not friendly to each other have indicated bin Laden and lots of his pals are in northern Afghanistan, the Taliban stronghold, at least until recently.
I doubt the Taliban will give US Marshalls work visas and let them go arrest him.
Don't get me wrong -- it's a nice idea. Impractical as hell, but nice.
