The FBI is running down 36,000+ leads in Tuesday's attack. When the president states that bin Laden is the primary suspect, then he becomes the primary target when he does not step forward.
Maybe you have better leads than the FBI, maybe not. For the moment, I'll believe in what my leader is saying.
