Definitely.
On my way in to work today, the radio report was of the Taliban advising bin Laden to leave Afghanistan. They say this is merely a suggestion to him, and that any departure on his part would be purely voluntary.
Sort of a feeble "washing of the hands" before retribution sets in -- but I don't think it's going to take. The Taliban remains a terrorist organization, and therefore a target.
