Definitely NOT a woman. That's all you need to rile them is a female sky marshal. They might just blow her away out of spite. That, or their would always be a dead hijacker.

Hippie lawyer dude: "Hey, self-defense, man. The fucker came at her, man. Like, what's she supposed to do, man? Yell, 'Peace, bro!'? Hey, man, I don't think so."

Cool your honor-type dude: "Yeah, I can dig it, man." Pounds the gavel for emphasis. "Dismissed, man -- really."
