Egypt is a very big concern
Osama Bin Laden and Al-Queda are closely connected to radical Islamic terrorists in Egypt, and they would just love to overthrow the government of Mubarak and replace it with a second Taliban-style theocractical dictatorship, and of course attack and drive out any foreign troops on Egyptian soil beforehand.

Note that no serious action was ever taken to punish OBL and the Taliban after this massacre, or even after the African embassy bombings. Unfortunately, it took the leveling of the WTC and 6,000+ deaths before the world woke up.
