Good for him
I respect and applaud his stance backing President Bush in no uncertain terms. While I didn't vote for Gore, I appreciate that he's not letting his political ambitions get in the way of doing the right thing. It would've been interesting to see the reaction of the Harvard faculty when Gore made this statement. Harvard is one of several Ivy League schools that gladly accept Department of Defense funding for research but refuse to allow an ROTC program on campus. They'll take the money but don't want the people.
