Not a new technique at all.
Saddam Insane is still alive because
he hid out in mosques, hospitals,
nurseries, etc., during "Desert Storm"
and avoided being hit with a smart- bomb "having his name on it", so-to-speak.
How many of you would be surprised
to know that the Taliban may have had triple "A", or Golden BB, antiaircraft artillery-pieces right next to that UN building?
