Clinton and Gore use White House Power
to Violate Laws, Allowing One Million Immigrants
to Vote in 1996 Presidential Election

Democrat Chief Counsel Presents Documentary Proof (see links)

In early 1996, Clinton and Gore asked their HUD Secretary and confidante Henry Cisneros, if they could speed up naturalizations of hundreds of thousands of immigrants, in time for them to vote in the upcoming Presidential election. On Feb. 15, Cisneros replied in a memo what could be done, with an attachment describing the plan in detail, and pointed out that "INS inaction will deny 300,000 Latinos the right to vote in the 1996 Presidential election in California".

Clinton and Gore asked the INS to speed up naturalizations of 1 million immigrants, knowing that most would vote in gratitude for the party responsible for their easy citizenship. Their political appointees responded, but warned that regular INS procedures were "roadblocks to success". They suggested they "force some serious re-invention on INS", including replacing INS personnel who might object to their plans, with Clinton/Gore loyalists. And they warned that people might realize they were "running a pro-Democrat voter mill", but made plans to divert attention.

In March, Vice President Al Gore's office began pushing harder and harder for "drastic measures", and proposed to call in "heavy artillery" to bypass those inconvenient INS procedures. His supporters responded by informing Gore they would give the regional directors they had put in place, broad authority to do what they liked, quietly transferring large sums of money to their accounts.

They then gave the district INS directors explicit permission to "waive, suspend, or deviate from" regular INS procedure, covering their tails by adding phrases such as "provided you operate within the confines of the law", of course.

As the INS managers balked at the idea of dumping their checks and safeguards wholesale, Gore's people told him that even more authority was needed, suggesting that they follow the pattern recently established by Clinton's Commerce Department. This was shortly after Commerce had been given control of the nation's high-technology secrets-- control which enabled them to began leaking those secrets to Communist China.

In response to the requests that the INS "stop wasting time following obsolete regulations" and "get relief from obsolete rules", Gore replied, "We'll explore it, Thanks".

Gore's people pointed out that "unless we blast the INS HQ loose... we are going to have way too many people still waiting for citizenship in November" of 1996. They continued to express worry that people would realize they were "running a citizenship/Clinton voter mill", and suggested that they insert hand-picked Clinton/Gore loyalists into positions where they could undermine and divert the efforts of the INS commissioner without her catching on.

The net result was, nearly a million new voters-- many of them criminals who slipped through the reduced background checks Gore endorsed-- found themselves able to vote for the party that had done so much for them. And just in time for the 1996 Presidential elections, by happy coincidence.

Republicans later expressed surprise and dismay, that such large percentages of minority voters had voted against them in key states such as Florida, New York, and California.

It is not currently known how many of the 19 terrorists who hijacked four jetliners on Sept. 11, 2001 and crashed them into buildings, killing upwards of 5,000 American citizens, came into the country during the vote-driven free-for-all overseen by then-VicePresident Al Gore; or how many other terrorist sleepers still remain in the country after having been let in by Gore's drive for Democrat votes.

Also not known, is how much the Gore voter drive inspired people like Osama bin Laden to get his people into the U.S. through the lax INS checks created by Gore in his quest for Demcrat votes. Many may have never ultimately gained the citizenship Gore wanted for them to allow them to vote. They may have had other plans.
