And, as has been pointed out by several people already, it is entirely possible that this whole anthrax thing is some homegrown bunch of nuts who managed to score a few pounds of this stuff on the black market and decided to use it to increase the general level of stress in the country. The reason they aren't spreading it very well is because they are morons.
