FBI: Yes, but that is against the law in this country.
Why not, I have considered torture and just as quickly decided that it is not worth it. I doubt that we will resort to torture.
I am not sure what the laws are regarding drugs, sleep deprivation etc. Deportation might be an option but it would have to be to their home country and we would not have any control over their fate at that point.
