There are no poll taxes.
There are no literacy tests. There is no requirement to hold property. There are no limits on sex, race, or anything else.
There is only a simple requirement that is already almost universal for anyone living day-to-day life in the United States.
And in fact, you can't even be specific about the "demographic" you're talking about, can you?
Again, why do Democrats need this "phantom" voter so very badly? Maybe you need to review who's "scared shitless." Or for that matter, who has a record of "stopping at nothing" in local and national elections.
