I missed it. I usually vote by mail or by absentee ballot (I picked out the former by flashing my voter registration card at the Supervisor of Elections office which was in the same building where I worked). I was never asked for a photo ID.
When I do vote down at the precinct, I am not asked for any ID either. I guess the law only applies to people who might be troublemakers, and I come across as quite respectable.
