Probably nothing that couldn't be fixed by some steel matting. Planes like the C-130 and A-10 don't need much in the way of runways. They can operate from rough fields, even dirt if need be. AV-8Bs (Harrier IIs) and helicopters are even less picky. They could probably have the fields operational within a few days.
