Precisely. Bringing in the fuel tankers and having access is the name of the game. I would be very surprised if we do not use them, whatever the condition.
Not only does it reduce fuel expenditures, but it allows more aircraft to launch and land - so effectively you can have more planes in the air at any time for any unscheduled time based mission - particularly getting shorter turnaround ground rescue or rapid extraction as needed.
If an airfield is being offered - we can always use it.
