The US gov't still has not released evidence linking Usama bin Ladin to the attacks on Sept 11. All we know is that he has been indicted for the Kenyan embassy bombings a couple years ago. There has not been a trial.

Since bin Ladin has not yet been brought to trial, should we not assume that he is also innocent until proven guilty?
