I don't know why this policy is necessary.
I think our Federal courts have done an acceptable job, when asked to deal with terrorists in the past.
I don't understand when people claim that this emergency is so special that our poor old constitution and time-worn body of laws just can't handle it.
I would love for Bin Laden to stand trial. He might even recant, after hearing the testimony of injured parties from New York. Some past terrorists have done so.
