and in my opinion maybe more important.

The Human Factors

An all volunteer service.

Better training, motivation and mission statements.

A core of highly trained, highly motivated and dedicated Special Forces Units.

A clear and well defined threat to this nation, and all the world.

A well defined target.

And perhaps the most important to the troops in the field, the support from the public.

As a Viet Vet, I can state without fear of contradiction, these will provide as much help to any serving in this time of conflict as the best technology we can muster.

We had better tech in Nam, but the will was simply not there.
