About Geraldo...
Judging from interviews with him that I have recently seen and heard, he may have undergone a serious Attitude Adjustment after Sept. 11. From what I hear, a number of students in his kid's class lost parents there, and he suffered other losses. Suddenly, he has become Number One Hawk in support of our military effort.
Geraldo is one of those common liberals who is liberal because he leads with his emotions instead of his head, and such types often make sudden switches of direction.
It will be interesting to see how he does. He certainly doesn't lack the guts required for his job.
