Wise ways to wage war
I couldn't agree more Raoul.
The trick here, I believe, is to avoid nuturing potential terrorists.
So far, I'm encouraged by the way most Americans have refrained from blind retaliation against random targets here at home, and I applaud the decision by President Bush to veto some bombing runs when there was the chance of collateral damage, i.e. dead civilians.
We'll have plenty of chances to hammer the guilty parties, but there's no way to resurrect the dead.
The wise general does not make new enemies.
