If viable, this is a MAJOR extention of Moore's Law which woulda been in trouble by decade's end. Regarding Hans Moravic's insect, mouse, chimp compute based model model, we may actually be able to build robots with mouse intelligence, or failing that about the level of Lindy or Bob Williams. Dunno what good those would be though.
