As with Colorado, this concept ignores the really wet and cold weather in places like the NorthEast. Walking in Boston in the winter can be cold with the wind-chill. Now add another 10+ mph of wind...never mind unshoveled sidewalks...rain...ice
So Disneyworld, theme parks, national parks, southern and drier western cities will see more of these puppies, at least in more seasons.
