Hi Greg!

I knew we could coax an opinion and POV there somewhere...heck this is the most insight into your thoughts we have seen to date.

Now that didn't hurt did it? ;-)

As to your points...yes..the enemy lies within. I was joking about you hating America.

And as to the US becoming some right-wing banana republic...well, I'll believe it when I see it.

The lights are on in the house. Everyone's awake. The US is more self-aware and government focused than probably anytime since WWII.

However, if it will make you happier....I'll keep my eyes peeled in case the Defense Secretary orders a bulk load of electrodes and car batteries....

However, I think Bush & Co. are doing a fine job in delegating authority and in judicious use of force.

What makes you think Clinton did not use electrodes and car batteries on his opponents and liabilities? Why should Bush be the bad guy with the black cape and hat?

The US is engaged in covert ops all the time....and in fact Presidents that have no idea of how the CIA and intelligence community works are at a disadvantage in controlling operatives, keeping rogue goverments forces in check and getting the results one seeks from these clandestine services.

The US is like a computer, a car - or a woman ;-) If one knows what she can and can't do - you will get much better results, performance and miles per gallon.

(Ouch! Did I really post that? Man talk about sexist!)

Aaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Those electrodes gotta go!

Best wishes,

SDAI-Tech1
