Careful! That Dharma guy is not the same Frank Morales. This kind of mistake is easy to make in Internet research. It's amazing how many people share even bizarre names. You'd be astonished how many Tom Brosz's are out there.

The Frank Morales I'm talking about has a bio on the Covert Action writers list (scroll down till you find it). I quote:

Frank Morales is an Episcopal priest and independent researcher and pamphleteer who is active on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
