Matt, my father got 2 kits (worth 500 BEF each); I'll have to wait until thursday when my employer will issue 1 per employee.
Anyway, we can't spend them before january first.
And, there are too many coins, I believe.
I use a Proton card that replaces cash, so no worries of punctured pants pockets;)
1 Euro was worth 1.17 $ ; now, it's 0.89$ and it's been like this for more than a year, I think.
It will depend on what the chairman of the European Central Bank says or not.
