Its a great test of globalism. However, the weaker nations of Europe undermine the strong nations support for the currency, and I predict (ah a prediction!) that the Euro will lose 10-30% of its value over the next six months - next to the dollar...creating a prolonged recession in Europe.
I hope it works out...Europe could certainly use some strengthening these days. The world needs the Euro to prevail.
But I am very glad I am not converting any currency ;-)
