No one has said whether the bolts in the photo are the Actual Repair mentioned previously by Larry J. I made the assumption based on the fact that the other attachment points shown in the photos (graciously provided by Dan below) don't contain bolts and the semi-random pattern of placement of the bolts themselves. They appear to be installed "free hand". Larry mentioned there was a metal doubler that I don't see. "man-rated application" strikes me as a concept that should have been applied to this "repair" if in fact thats what it is.
