Questionable Practices

Or perhaps...criminal?

Doesn't anyone here know any wealthy people with questionable or unethical financial practices? A form of "you scratch my back..I'll scratch your back" type of cronyism that goes unhindered and is out of the limelight? These people use real businesses for stealing legitimate money, padding their pockets, laundering their drug money, then they leave the legitimate business to flounder.
By then they don't care, for most of the money is already in their account.

This Enron scandal is a good look into the Bush administration's politics and business practises which are inseparable and will soon be obvious to all.
That Arthur Anderson was appointed to not only manage the books, but AUDIT them as well, should be grounds for an indictment of criminal action in the wake of the bankruptcy.
Someone should be held responsible and accountable (now there's a WORD for you..LOL)
However, cronyism is..... as cronyism does, and I wouldn't be a BIT SURPRISED if George Jr. pardons the whole lot after awhile (like his father did with all his old Iran Contra buddies) and that the American Taxpayer is asked to bail Enron out, so we can have the electrical juices still flowing here in the US and around the world.
If you take THAT sitting down, then America truly IS asleep.
