Somebody Explain This to Me
First we declare war on the Taliban. Then we let thousands of them go home armed to teeth. Isn't there something wrong with this picture?

As the Taliban government fell in November, U.S.-backed Afghan forces allowed thousands of Taliban fighters to surrender and return home. The majority were able to keep their weapons. >
Now we all heard about it, and maybe it's humane and maybe it's not, but aren't we just chasing our tails here?
Re-group, re-stock...re-load.....
