Doubtful
If bin Laden were dead, I think someone would have stepped forward in an attempt to claim some of the reward money. Couple that with the fact that Mullah Omar is still at large, and I don't think there is a strong argument for bin Laden's demise from kidney failure or anything else.
More likely, imo, is that Gen. Musharraf would prefer to discourage too much more American snooping in his country for bin Laden.
