I certainly did not mean to imply that MS should not be paid for their efforts. I only wondered what Tom was going on about when he kept implying that IE was free. [eg: "What is the financial value of a monopoly in a product that doesn't cost anything?"]
Since you had all those other facts at your disposal: does Netscape receive any royalty $ from PC mfrs?
