Clinton
Obviously Bush realizes that pursuing Clinton is a lousy idea, and would accomplish nothing useful except petty revenge, and would reflect badly on Bush politically after his "cooperation" campaign theme. He basically dropped all those lines of inquiry when he became President, much to the disgust of a number of conservative commentators and radio hosts.
Anything done to Clinton now is basically beating a dead horse. Of course, this does not mean that one should not respond when Clinton tries to rewrite history in the public arena, or says something else stupid.
