Now that Colombia has discovered how to grow poppys to supplement their import from Peru of Cocoa paste--a whole new pharma-agra mix promises a healthy financial future for the oligarchs. What we might more realisticly see is a captialistic pornocracy, sorta like tenth century Rome.
