I keep seeing news reports of minefields and the pain and suffering they cause in many parts of the world.
Currently you see them being carefully removed with metal detectors and chopsticks.
I think it would be easy to design a piece of equipment that would simply and safely detonate the mines. It could be a variation of existing heavy equipment designs. You could even incorporate a vibratory roller to actually set off mines ahead of the "Mine Sweeper".
Or does such a Mine Sweeper already exist?
