Oddly, the dictator of Iraq seems to have no problems getting what he and his cronies need to buy arms and build dozens of multi-million dollar palaces. Maybe it's easier to import building supplies than medicine.

Of course, with the left, myth is always much more useful than facts, so I doubt this will change anybody's mind. I expect to see that artificial 1.5 million number from now until doomsday.
