Since that date they've done pretty good, too. Where's Osama, for instance? If he's worth so much, how does tying up $30 million hurt.

And, in the US, more billions are being spent and billions of man-hours in inconvenience going on.

And the countermeasures gone awry are costing the US more and more of the worlds limited good will.

I think they'd believe their losses were worth it. I think they'd be very happy with what's happened.
