I agree that a commercial airliner that went into a manoever that greatly exceeded its design specs would spray debris all over the place for miles around. It is a known fact that military jets scrambled to chase the flight. I do not believe that it was shot down because the evidence does not force that conclusion, yet I would not completely dismiss the thought. Give it a < 5% chance of being so.

I had never heard the gun claim before. Some typo. But shit happens in the fog of aftermath too and it could be an error after all. Dunno.

The woman's firey car crash death at 20 MPH really bothers me. That and the anthrax murders are the real mysteries outstanding.
