Carter gave back the Panama Canal without any public outcry for doing so...how long do you think it will take before the next 'revolution' which demands California be returned to Mexico?

While only think-tanks and radicals entertain the possibilities and future conflicts due to growing income/acumen disparities - if one does project current trends one can't help but see that 2030 looks like its going to be a really cr--py year for California. By that time the elected politicians running the state may very well make Gray Davis appear like the conservative and rational "good ol days".
