Just when there seems to be hope.

What I said was that all people have to be part of the system or there are problems. It's not that hard. People will perceive themselves as part of the system or not. Those who don't will wind up in prisons, and the country can only afford so many prisons, let alone the anguish of the victims caused by people on their way to prison.

People have to be a part of the system, or there are consequences. Cause - effect. You can't show them millions of capitalist ads for everything from beer to cars to stock brokerages and then shut off access.

Not that tough, really. If conservatives had their way, a good part of the country could be starving to death because they didn't have the ability to get an education, because staying alive in their own neighborhood took all available energy, and another good part would be in the slam and things would be fine as long as conservatives didn't have to pay taxes to pay for the prisons. People need access to the system. Effective access, real access, not theoretical, "if you did what I did you'd be like I am" access.

Get it? You don't? Go up two paragraphs and read down until you do. Sheesh!!

Welfare is abused, by corporations and by individuals. The alternative to individual welfare is grim, however. And wiser minds than mine, anyway, know that or it would be gone. Fast. Political contributions by large corporations seeking a bigger part of the welfare pie would see to that.
