Roff versus Sieff

I wonder if this is going to be a male/female thing, more than a left/right thing?. Like my earlier "bud" post - women are likely to despise it, men to find it more humorous.
Perhaps the media will soon be able to blame Yates employer, NASA - for dehumanizing, chauvinistic working conditions which led to a breakdown of compassion for his wife. Or perhaps the Goldin "faster, better, cheaper" approach Yates took home with him?
Perhaps space exploration itself is to blame?
Nothing would surprise me.
