If recent experience serves me, my friend, even when I demonstrate the error of your ways you do not acknowledge that. Unfortunately, it just slides past, much as when a student receives a corrected essay.
So, if I know in some instance you're wrong, and in the face of evidence you aren't able to acknowledge that sort of thing, what is in it for me to point it out to you? I'm not a teacher, you're not a student. I'm not grading your paper. It's a discourse, which has elements to it.
I'm sensitive to your "intellectually arrogant" accusation, and trying, not well, to avoid at least the appearance. It's hard with this one, though, and I apologize for that tone, if it's there.. I do not mean a personal put-down.
Thanks for whatever attention you give this.
