"Sack dance"
(That's funny!!!) You're not going to begrudge a guy a little "sack dance", are you? They are so very few and far between. And I've seen celebrations over some pretty small things.
I know the article also said "may have". Anything as complex as an economy, or the weather, isn't going to respond to any one thing.
But gee whiz. It isn't often that a guy gets to "shake what your mama gave you", to quote a terminally cute commercial making the rounds right now.
