History: Arafat's return from exile

This is the man calling the shots for the Palestinians, in control of the Palestinian movement, and supposedly the only possible route to peace.
But of course in the liberal catechism Arafat is no different in any way than the Israeli leaders--in fact is probably morally superior. Right. Is a clue drifting in on anyone yet?
